The SuperSOT-6 case style provides easy integration onto PCBs with its 6 pins and SMD termination type. The device is designed for uni-directional N-channel operation, with a maximum gate-source voltage of 1.8V and a maximum threshold voltage of 3V. The FDC6561AN is also capable of handling peak pulse currents of up to 10A, making it suitable for a wide range of power management applications
