TLE6389-2GV Descrizione generale

The TLE6389 series features high switching frequency and operates in continuous-conduction mode, allowing the use of small surface-mount inductors. This results in reduced output capacitor requirements, minimizing PCB footprint and overall system costs. The TLE6389-2GV is preset at 5V, suitable for various applications. The TLE6389-2GV50 variant includes a reset function with a threshold between 4.5V and 4.8V, featuring a small hysteresis of approximately 50mV. In contrast, the TLE6389-3GV50 model incorporates a reset with a typical 1V hysteresis. Notably, all TLE6389 variants can handle input voltages of up to 60V, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of power sources
