- ON Semiconductor's MJ11032 is a high-current NPN transistor designed for applications requiring a maximum current of 50 A and a sustained collector-emitter voltage of 120 V. With a minimum forward current transfer ratio of 400, it offers excellent amplification performance for demanding power applications. The transistor can dissipate a maximum power of 300 W, making it suitable for industrial and automotive applications. Housed in a TO-204 package, it provides enhanced thermal characteristics and reliability for stable operation in challenging conditions. Supplied in a rail packaging format, it ensures convenient handling and integration into automated assembly processes

I love this module! I tried to write to the module's memory using Arduino IDE with wemos board installed. It automatically turned the module to write mode and resetted after writing. It works as expected! I was surprised, because I even didn't know what I should set up. Looks very well and reliable, I believe it will be very helpful tool for me.
