FFPF10F150STU Descrizione generale

The FFPF10F150STU diode is a standard recovery type diode designed for single configuration application. With a repetitive reverse voltage Vrrm max of 1.5kV, it can handle forward current If(AV) of 10A and has a maximum forward voltage VF of 1.6V. The diode also boasts a fast reverse recovery time trr max of 170ns, making it suitable for high-speed applications. With a forward surge current Ifsm max of 100A, the diode can withstand sudden spikes in current. The operating temperature range of -65°C to +150°C ensures its reliability in harsh environmental conditions. The TO-220F case style with 2 pins makes it easy to incorporate into circuit designs. It is free from any Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), making it compliant with environmental regulations
