The ZSC31010CIG1-R is a versatile CMOS integrated circuit designed to simplify the calibration process for resistive bridge sensors. By utilizing EEPROM, this IC allows for precise calibration of offset and gain when connected to a sensor. Users have the option to calibrate offset and gain coefficients, as well as linearity over temperature, providing a high level of customization. Additionally, a second-order compensation feature can be enabled to address temperature coefficients of gain, offset, or bridge linearity. Communication with the ZSC31010 is facilitated through IDT's ZACwire™ serial interface, making it easy to connect to a host computer for calibration. The device can be conveniently mass calibrated in a Windows™ environment, streamlining the calibration process for users. After calibration, the ZSC31010 offers flexible output options, including selectable 0 to 1 V absolute analog output, rail-to-rail ratiometric analog output, or digital serial output of bridge data with the possibility of including temperature data
