TL3843P Descrizione generale

The TL3843P is a versatile control integrated circuit that simplifies the implementation of off-line or DC-to-DC fixed-frequency current-mode control schemes. With minimal external components required, this product is designed to streamline the process for engineers. The built-in features include an undervoltage lockout (UVLO) with a start-up current of less than 1 mA, and a precision reference trimmed for accuracy at the error amplifier input. The internal circuits also encompass logic for latched operation, a pulse-width modulation (PWM) comparator for current-limit control, and a totem-pole output stage capable of sourcing or sinking high-peak current. Additionally, the output stage is optimized for driving N-channel MOSFETs, ensuring efficient performance
