REF2025AIDDCR Descrizione generale

The REF2025AIDDCR is a reliable solution for applications requiring stable voltage in the middle of the ADC input range. Its reference voltage (VREF) for the ADC and highly-accurate voltage (VBIAS) for biasing input bipolar signals offer excellent temperature drift (8 ppm/°C, maximum) and initial accuracy (0.05%) on both outputs. Operating at a quiescent current less than 430 µA, the REF20xx also has an extremely low dropout voltage of only 10 mV, enabling operation from very low input voltages, making it ideal for battery-operated systems. Both VREF and VBIAS outputs track each other with a precision of 6 ppm/°C (maximum) across a temperature range of –40°C to 125°C. The device can sink and source current equally well, with very good long-term stability and low noise levels, making it ideally suited for high-precision industrial applications
