It has an output current of 30mA and a low supply current of 45uA, making it suitable for power-sensitive designs. The REF198ESZ operates within a wide temperature range, from -40°C to 85°C, and is housed in a small outline integrated circuit (SOIC) package with 8 pins for easy surface-mounting. It has a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of Level-1 and is packaged in a tube for added protection.
