The QS3VH384 HotSwitch is a top-of-the-line, 10-bit bus switch designed for high bandwidth and low ON resistance. With a propagation delay of under 250ps, it offers extremely fast data transfer. Its two banks of five switches are controlled independently by LVTTL compatible signals, allowing for bidirectional data flow with minimal delay or ground bounce. This makes it perfect for high performance communications applications where speed and precision are paramount. Additionally, the QS3VH384 boasts high OFF impedance and over-voltage tolerance, further enhancing its suitability for demanding use cases. With an operating range of -40C t', it can perform reliably even in extreme conditions
