With the LM95235, precise monitoring of thermal diodes in 90 nm and smaller geometry processes is enabled through TruTherm BJT beta compensation technology. The sensor features two different temperature reporting formats, covering a wide temperature range, and offers programmable limits with hysteresis for flexible temperature control. Its T_CRIT and OS outputs can be used for system shutdown or fan activation, providing a versatile solution for thermal management
