LM95235CIMM/NOPB Descrizione generale

Precision is key with the LM95235CIMM/NOPB, which utilizes TruTherm BJT beta compensation technology to ensure accurate monitoring of thermal diodes in advanced processes down to 90 nm and smaller. The sensor reports temperature in two different formats across a wide range, and its T_CRIT and OS outputs can trigger system shutdowns or fan activations when temperature limits are exceeded. The LM95235 also offers a variety of programmable features, such as digital filter settings for the remote temperature channel and diode model selection for enhanced flexibility and accuracy
