LM26LVCISD-095/NOPB Descrizione generale

The LM26LV and LM26LV-Q1 are precision temperature switches designed for low-voltage applications. With a preset temperature trip point and built-in hysteresis, these switches offer stable output in fluctuating temperature environments. The digital outputs assert when the temperature exceeds the trip point and reset when the temperature falls below the trip point minus the hysteresis. Additionally, the analog output VTEMP provides an analog voltage with Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC)
