The LM60BIM3/NOPB is a highly precise temperature sensor designed to operate in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for a variety of applications. With a linear output voltage that is directly proportional to temperature (6.25 mV/°C) and a built-in offset of 424 mV, the LM60BIM3/NOPB eliminates the need for a negative supply when reading negative temperatures. Its output voltage ranges from 174 mV to 1205 mV over the temperature range, providing accurate temperature readings with a tolerance of ±2°C at room temperature and ±3°C across the full operating range
