LM35DM Descrizione generale

The LM35DM is a precision temperature device that offers linear output voltage proportional to the Centigrade temperature. It provides the advantage of not requiring the user to subtract a constant voltage for convenient Centigrade scaling, unlike sensors calibrated in Kelvin. With typical accuracies of ±¼°C at room temperature and ±¾°C over a full −55°C to 150°C temperature range, the LM35DM does not need external calibration or trimming, ensuring cost-effectiveness through wafer-level trimming and calibration. Its low-output impedance, linear output, and inherent calibration make interfacing with readout or control circuitry effortless. The device can operate with single power supplies or with plus and minus supplies, drawing only 60 µA from the supply and experiencing minimal self-heating in still air. The LM35DM is designed to operate over a temperature range of −55°C to 150°C and is available in an 8-lead surface-mount small-outline package and a plastic TO-220 package
