BSS84-7-F Descrizione generale

The BSS84-7-F is a P Channel MOSFET with a continuous drain current of 130mA and a drain source voltage of -50V. The on resistance is 10ohm with a test voltage of -5V, and the threshold voltage is -800mV. The transistor is packaged in a SOT-23 case with 3 pins, and has a maximum power dissipation of 300mW. It operates in a temperature range from -55°C to +150°C
