The ADP1196ACBZ-02-R7 is a highly versatile high-side or low-side load switch designed to operate in a wide range of voltage conditions. With a VIN operation range of 0 V to 5.5 V and a VB_EN supply of 1.83 V to 5.5 V, this device is suitable for a variety of applications. Its internal charge pump can operate from either VIN or VB_EN, ensuring reliable power management regardless of the input voltage. The N-channel MOSFET within the device has an ultralow on resistance, supporting more than 2 A of continuous current at VIN close to 0 V. This feature minimizes power loss and ensures efficient operation. Additionally, the on resistance remains constant independent of the VIN or VB_EN voltage, providing stable performance across different operating conditions. With a low 26 μA quiescent current and ultralow shutdown current, the ADP1196ACBZ-02-R7 is an ideal choice for low-power applications where energy efficiency is crucial
