With its selectable REF_CLK or crystal input, the 87608I clock generator delivers exceptional versatility and compatibility. Supporting LVCMOS and LVTTL input levels, this device features a fully integrated PLL and configurable clock and feedback outputs for efficient clock multiplication and regeneration with "zero delay". Specifically tailored for PCI/PCI-X applications, the device's VCO frequency range of 250MHz-500MHz is ideal for generating a 400MHz frequency. By choosing the appropriate reference clock or crystal input frequency and feedback divide value, users can easily configure the output banks to deliver frequencies like 33.33MHz, 66.66MHz, 100MHz, and 133.33MHz. Operating with a 3.3V core supply and 3.3V or 2.5V bank supply, the 87608I comes in a compact 7x7mm LQFP package, making it well-suited for space-constrained applications
