Offering a wide input voltage range and a built-in power MOSFET, the ZXLD1321DCATC is a synchronous buck LED driver optimized for driving multiple LEDs in series. Its fixed frequency control, which can be set by an external resistor, allows for precise current regulation, while the PWM dimming input enables adjustable brightness of the LEDs. Housed in a compact DFN package, this LED driver is well-suited for space-constrained applications. In addition, the ZXLD1321DCATC provides overvoltage, undervoltage, and overtemperature protection to ensure the safe and long-lasting operation of the LEDs. With a high efficiency of up to 95%, this driver is capable of minimizing power consumption and extending battery life in portable applications
