TPS3808G33DRVT Descrizione generale

The TPS3808G33DRVT is an essential component in monitoring system voltages in a range of 0.4 V to 5 V. It operates by asserting an open-drain RESET signal when the SENSE voltage falls below a predetermined threshold or when the manual reset (MR) pin registers a logic low. After the SENSE voltage and MR pin return above their respective thresholds, the RESET output remains low for a user-adjustable delay time. This device utilizes a precision reference to ensure a threshold accuracy of 0.5% for VIT ≤ 3.3 V. The reset delay time can be customized to 20 ms, 300 ms, or adjusted between 1.25 ms and 10 s depending on the configuration of the CT pin. With an incredibly low typical quiescent current of 2.4 µA, the TPS3808G33DRVT is particularly well-suited for battery-powered applications. Furthermore, it is available in both SOT-23 and 2-mm × 2-mm WSON packages and is fully specified for operation within a broad temperature range of –40°C to 125°C (TJ)
