Available in a 2-mm × 2-mm, 10-pin HotRod™ QFN package, these devices are designed for improved thermal performance and reduced system footprint. With an operational junction temperature range of –40°C to +125°C, the TPS25981xx eFuses are built to withstand challenging operating conditions, making them suitable for a variety of environments and applications
