The TMP75B-Q1 is a highly integrated digital temperature sensor designed for a wide range of automotive applications. It features a 12-bit ADC and operates at a 1.8-V supply, making it compatible with the industry-standard LM75 and TMP75. With a resolution of 0.0625°C and a temperature range of –40°C to 125°C, this sensor provides accurate temperature readings without the need for external components. Its SMBus and two-wire interface compatibility allow for easy integration into existing systems, and its overtemperature alert function enables flexible control of up to eight devices on the same bus. The TMP75B-Q1 can function as a stand-alone thermostat or an overtemperature alarm, making it a versatile solution for thermal management and protection in automotive applications
