ST7540 Descrizione generale

The ST7540 is a versatile Half Duplex synchronous/asynchronous FSK Modem that has been specially designed for power line communication network applications. It offers a single supply voltage operation and includes a line driver along with two linear regulators for 5V and 3.3V outputs. The device is equipped with an internal register that allows for easy control via a synchronous serial interface. In addition, the ST7540 boasts a range of useful features such as a watchdog, clock output, output voltage and current control, preamble detection, time-out, and band in use detection. This modem module is realized using Multipower BCD5 technology, enabling the integration of DMOS, Bipolar, and CMOS structures all within the same chip
