Its large Flash program memory makes it well-suited for instrumentation panels, TCP/IP enabled embedded applications, metering, industrial control, and monitoring applications. This enhanced version of the PIC18F67J10 family also boasts an internal 8MHz oscillator, lower power consumption, and improved EEPROM emulation via word Flash write capabilities
