The NSI50010YT1G is a groundbreaking linear constant current regulator (CCR) that is perfect for regulating current in LEDs. With its patent-pending Self-Biased Transistor (SBT) technology, this device offers a cost-effective and reliable solution for controlling LED current. Its negative temperature coefficient ensures that LEDs are protected from thermal runaway, even at extreme voltages and currents. Additionally, the CCR can turn on immediately and achieve 40% regulation with just 0.5V Vak, making it incredibly efficient. Its high anode-cathode voltage rating also allows it to withstand surges commonly found in Automotive, Industrial, and Commercial Signage applications. Moreover, the CCR comes in thermally robust packages and is qualified to AEC-Q101 standard, ensuring its durability and reliability in various environments
