NCP1117DT50G Descrizione generale

The NCP1117DT50G is a part of the NCP1117 series, which are low dropout positive linear voltage regulators designed to provide a high output current of over 1.0 A. These regulators have a maximum dropout voltage of 1.2 V at 800 mA over temperature, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. With eight fixed output voltages ranging from 1.5 V to 12 V, as well as an adjustable output version that can be programmed from 1.25 V to 18.8 V, the NCP1117 series offers flexibility and versatility. The regulators also feature on chip trimming to ensure an output voltage accuracy within +/- 1.0%, as well as internal protection features such as output current limiting, safe operating area compensation, and thermal shutdown. Furthermore, the NCP1117 series can operate with up to 20 V input, making them suitable for a variety of power supply designs. These devices are available in SOT223 and DPAK packages, providing options for different application requirements
