The MCR706AT4G from ON Semiconductor is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET transistor designed to meet the demands of modern power management and switching applications. With a Vds voltage rating of 30 volts and a continuous drain current of 4.1 amperes, this transistor is capable of handling a wide range of power requirements. Its low on-resistance of 72 milliohms ensures efficient power management and minimal power loss, while the low gate threshold voltage of 1.4 volts makes it easy to control with standard logic levels
