The MBRS260T3G is a Schottky diode designed to provide rectification and voltage clamping in electronic circuits. Its characteristics make it suitable for a range of applications, particularly where low voltage drop and high switching speed are essential.

The Schottky Rectifier employs the Schottky Barrier principle in a metal-to-silicon power rectifier. It features epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. The Schottky Rectifier is ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, free wheeling diodes and polarity protection diodes.
