The MASW-010351 is an industry leading highisolation single pole five throw (SP5T) switch. Thisdevice design is optimized to take advantage ofseparate GaAs pHEMT switch die and CMOS driverdie. The switch circuit design is symmetric andcombined with the separate CMOS decoder allows itto maintain an excellent combination of insertionloss and isolation for all states. This makes thedevice ideal for band switching in multi-channel andmulti-mode base-station applications as well asother applications where a compact, high isolation,SP5T switch is required.The MASW-010351 switch die is fabricated using amature 0.5 micron gate length GaAs pHEMTprocess and features full passivation for enhancedperformance and reliability.The MASW-010351 is offered in an industrystandard lead-free 4mm 24-Lead PQFN RoHScompliant plastic package, which is ideal for highvolume surface mount reflow assembly.
