The LTM4623EV#PBF is a compact and efficient step-down switching mode μModule regulator that offers a complete solution in a small form factor. With dimensions of just 6.25mm × 6.25mm × 1.82mm in the LGA package and 6.25mm × 6.25mm × 2.42mm in the BGA package, this regulator combines the switching controller, power FETs, inductor, and support components in one integrated package. Operating over a wide input voltage range of 4V to 20V or 2.375V to 20V with an external bias supply, the LTM4623 can support output voltages ranging from 0.6V to 5.5V, which can be easily set with a single external resistor. Its high efficiency design allows for a continuous output current of up to 3A, making it suitable for a variety of applications where space and power efficiency are crucial. Additionally, the LTM4623 requires only ceramic input and output capacitors, simplifying the design and reducing component count
