LT1004CDR-2-5 Descrizione generale

The LT1004CDR-2-5 is a reliable micropower voltage reference diode that offers high accuracy and excellent temperature characteristics at very low operating currents. With optimized design, processing, and testing, this product provides specifications that were previously only attainable with selected units. It is a pin-for-pin replacement for the LM285 and LM385 series of references, but with improved specifications. This makes it an ideal choice for systems where accuracy was previously achieved at the expense of power consumption and trimming. The LT1004C is suitable for operation from 0°C to 70°C, while the LT1004I is designed for operation from -40°C to 85°C. Whether it's for industrial, automotive, or consumer electronics applications, the LT1004CDR-2-5 offers the performance and reliability needed for demanding voltage reference applications
