LMH0302SQ Descrizione generale

LMH0302SQ is an analog multiplexer/demultiplexer IC designed to deliver high performance in applications requiring a reliable analog switch. It is ideal for audio and video signal routing, data acquisition systems, and test equipment, thanks to its low on-resistance and low crosstalk. With two independent channels, each featuring a single-ended input and output, this IC offers flexibility and versatility. The low on-resistance of 7Ω and crosstalk of -77dB at 10MHz ensure its suitability for high-frequency applications. Moreover, the wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and quiescent current of 300µA make it an efficient and cost-effective solution. In addition, the LMH0302SQ comes in a small 3mm x 3mm VQFN package, making it perfect for space-constrained designs and ensuring its compatibility with standard digital I/O levels for seamless interfacing with digital components. Lastly, the power-off protection feature guarantees that the outputs are in a high-impedance state when the device is powered off, offering an added layer of protection and reliability
