The LM61440-Q1 includes auto-mode functionality that facilitates frequency foldback during light loads, reducing unloaded current consumption to a mere 7 µA (typical) and enhancing light load efficiency. This seamless transition between PWM and PFM modes, combined with low MOSFET ON resistances and an external bias input, ensures exceptional efficiency across the entire load spectrum. Whether aiming for improved efficiency at lower frequencies or a compact solution size at higher frequencies, the LM61440-Q1 offers the flexibility to meet diverse operational requirements
