Each board is packed in an antistatic bag. That's where all the joys end. Resistors-terminators at 120 ohms are soldered, but not connected. To connect, you need to solder a long enough jumper. Could on the board make two nearby standing contact areas for easy connection of resistors. Next, the most interesting: the inputs max490 from the uart side are connected leds through resistors. Just so, directly, without transistors. So i could not understand for a short time why there is no data transmission, although the led blinked. It turned out that the signal from the microcontroller on the tx line was planted with a led and not perceived max490, so i had to remove the resistor connecting the led. After that, everything worked fine.
