With a built-in 42 V N-channel MOSFET switch and excellent line and load regulation, this regulator ensures efficient power conversion with over 90% efficiency. The internal loop compensation simplifies the design process by removing the need to calculate loop compensation components, while the 500 kHz switching frequency allows for compact external components and quick transient response. The LM22675 also includes built-in thermal shutdown and current limiting features for enhanced protection against accidental overloads
