The LM120 series is known for its ease of application, requiring only a compensation capacitor at the output. Despite variations in line, load, or temperature, these regulators offer worst-case specifications on output voltage deviation to ensure reliable system operation. The LM120 Series is engineered to withstand overload conditions, featuring independent current limiting and thermal overload protection.
