L5050STR Descrizione generale

Designed for automotive applications, the L5050STR is a versatile 5V low dropout linear voltage regulator available in single (L5050S) and dual isolated (L5050SD) linear output voltage configurations. With a maximum load current of 50mA (2x50mA for the dual version) and a quiescent current as low as 5μA per output in the L5050SD, this regulator combines efficiency with reliability. Its high output voltage accuracy of ±2% remains consistent over a wide temperature range and despite variations in line and load. The L5050S can deliver up to 100mA of pulsed current, while the L5050SD can handle 2x100mA. Enable features allow for easy control of each output, with protection against short circuit, overload, and over temperature conditions ensuring the safety of the device. Additionally, only a low-value ceramic capacitor on the output is necessary for stability
