Featuring a high-side power load switch design, the ITS640S2 IC delivers reliable performance with a current limit of 24A and an on-state resistance of 0.027ohm. Its TO-220 case style and 7-pin layout make it easy to solder onto circuit boards for quick integration. With an operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and a junction temperature max of 150°C, this IC can withstand extreme conditions without compromising performance. Additionally, its input voltage range of 5V to 16V and output current max of 12.6A make it ideal for automotive and industrial applications where high-power handling is required
