ISL9R1560P2 Descrizione generale

The ISL9R1560P2 is a fast recovery diode with a repetitive reverse voltage Vrrm max of 600V and a forward current If(AV) of 15A. This diode is designed for high-speed switching applications, with a forward surge current Ifsm max of 200A and a reverse recovery time trr max of 40ns. The diode comes in a TO-220 case style with 2 pins, and has a forward voltage VF max of 2.2V. It has a junction temperature Tj max of 175°C and a termination type of through hole. The diode does not contain any SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) as per the 19th of December, 2011
