It incorporates six Trench FREDFETs and three half bridge gate drivers in a single package, offering a compact and efficient solution for driving small to medium-sized motors in industrial and consumer applications.The module features a wide input voltage range of 14V to 60V, making it suitable for a variety of power supply designs.
