The HMC8038LP4CE is a high-isolation, non-reflective switch designed for use in cellular infrastructure applications. Operating in a frequency range of 0.1 GHz to 6.0 GHz, this silicon SPDT switch offers exceptional performance with up to 62 dB of isolation up to 4.0 GHz and a low 0.8 dB of insertion loss up to 4.0 GHz. Its power handling capabilities are impressive, with an input third-order intercept of 60 dBm and an input power for an 0.1 dB compression point (P0.1dB) of 35 dBm at 5 V supply voltage. The switch can operate on a single, positive supply voltage from 3.3 V to 5 V and offers a single, positive voltage control from 0 V to 1.8 V/3.3 V/5.0 V at very low dc currents. Additionally, it features an enable input (EN) that places the switch in an all-off state when logic high is applied, making it reflective. The HMC8038LP4CE is a reliable and high-quality switch that meets the stringent requirements of modern cellular infrastructure applications
