Housed in a 16-lead QSOP package, this switch covers the frequency range from DC to 3.5 GHz and boasts high isolation. With a low insertion loss of 0.7 dB at 2 GHz, it ensures reliable performance and signal integrity. Moreover, the switch is designed for seamless integration with its single positive bias and true TTL/CMOS compatibility. By incorporating a 2:4 decoder, the switch simplifies control and operation, requiring only 2 control lines and a positive bias to select each path. This innovative design replaces the 8 control lines normally required by GaAs SP4T switches, resulting in a more efficient and streamlined operation
