Through the integration of optimized gate drive of the built-in IGBTs, this module effectively minimizes both EMI and losses, leading to enhanced overall efficiency. Moreover, the on-module protection features, including under-voltage lockouts, over-current shutdown, temperature sensing, and fault reporting, provide comprehensive safety and monitoring. The built-in high-speed HVIC’s ability to operate with just a single supply voltage streamlines the system design, while the provision of separate negative IGBT terminals for each phase offers a broad range of control algorithm possibilities
