FAN73832MX Descrizione generale

The FAN73832MX is a high-side MOSFET/IGBT driver designed for optimal performance in half bridge configurations. With a peak output current of 650mA and a supply voltage range of 15V to 20V, this driver offers reliable and efficient operation for a variety of applications. The driver comes in an 8-pin SOP package and has input and output delays of 580ns and 180ns respectively. Its operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C ensures that it can withstand harsh environmental conditions. The FAN73832MX also has a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) of MSL 1, meaning it has unlimited exposure time to ambient conditions without the need for special handling
