The DS90LV012A and DS90LT012A are cutting-edge single CMOS differential line receivers, specifically engineered for applications that demand exceptionally low power dissipation, minimal noise, and high data rates. With the capability to support data rates exceeding 400 Mbps (200 MHz) using Low Voltage Differential Swing (LVDS) technology, these devices are at the forefront of high-speed interface solutions. The DS90LV012A and DS90LT012A are adept at accepting low voltage (350 mV typical) differential input signals and converting them to 3V CMOS output levels. Furthermore, these receivers offer support for open, shorted, and terminated (100Ω) input fail-safe, ensuring a consistently reliable performance. In the event of a fail-safe condition, the receiver output will remain HIGH. Additionally, the DS90LT012A is equipped with an input line termination resistor, specifically designed for point-to-point applications. With a user-friendly pinout and a robust set of features, the DS90LV012A and DS90LT012A, coupled with their companion LVDS line driver, present a compelling alternative to high-power PECL/ECL devices for high-speed interface applications
