Among its key features is the guaranteed low on-resistance matching between switches (2Ω max) and on-resistance flatness over the signal range (3Ω max), ensuring consistent performance. These switches, with a low on-resistance of 20Ω typ, excel in bidirectional conduction and exhibit minimal charge injection (15pC max). Furthermore, the redesign includes enhancements to reduce off leakage current over temperature variations, maintaining levels below 5nA at +85°C
