The CM1213A-02SR diode array is part of a versatile family of devices engineered to provide exceptional ESD protection with minimal capacitive loading. Designed to safeguard electronic components or subsystems with high data and clock rates, these diode arrays offer reliable protection without adding unnecessary capacitance. Each ESD channel in the CM1213A-02SR consists of a pair of diodes that effectively steer ESD currents to the positive or negative supply rails, ensuring optimal protection against ESD strikes. The presence of a Zener diode between the supply rails not only protects the VCC rail from ESD strikes but also eliminates the need for a bypass capacitor. This feature makes the CM1213A-02SR well-suited for applications involving high-speed ports like USB 2.0, HDMI, and Serial ATA, where low capacitive loading and robust ESD protection are essential for seamless operation
