AT28C256-15PU Descrizione generale

AT28C256-15PU, from Microchip, is a 256Kbit Parallel EEPROM that offers high performance and is available in both Industrial and Military temp ranges. It features access times to 150ns with a power dissipation of 440mW. When deselected, the CMOS standby current is less than 200μA. It can be accessed like static RAM for the read or write cycle without requiring external components and contains a 64-byte page register for simultaneous writing of up to 64bytes. The Military version includes an internal Error Correction Circuit for extended endurance and improved data retention, while an optional Software Data Protection mechanism guards against inadvertent writes. Furthermore, the device has an extra 64 bytes of EEPROM for device identification or tracking. For those in need of the MIL product, the AT28C256 is also available DUAL MARKED with the appropriate Standard Military Drawing Number - 5962-88525xxxx.
