AD7689BCPZ Descrizione generale
The AD7689BCPZ is a high-performance, low-power, 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It features a maximum sampling rate of 250 kSPS with a low power consumption of 1.65mW at 250 kSPS. The ADC operates with a single 5V supply voltage and has an input range of 0 to VREF.The AD7689BCPZ includes a high-speed serial interface that allows for easy communication with a microcontroller or FPGA. It also features a selectable on-chip reference, internal buffer, and sequencer for channel scanning. The ADC offers excellent linearity performance with a typical integral nonlinearity (INL) of ±2 LSB and differential nonlinearity (DNL) of ±1 LSB.Additionally, the device is housed in a small 10-lead LFCSP package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. The AD7689BCPZ is designed for industrial automation, data acquisition, and instrumentation applications that require high-resolution and precision measurements in a compact form factor
