The 1N5333B through 1N5388B JEDEC registered series of axial-leaded 5.0-watt Zener diodes provides a wide selection of voltage options from 3.3 to 200 volts, with specific tolerances identified by a suffix letter on the part number. These Zener diodes are enclosed in plastic and have a moisture classification of "Level 1," eliminating the need for a dry pack. Their low thermal resistance design allows for high maximum DC currents when properly heat sunk. For other power requirements, Microchip offers various other Zener products catering to both higher and lower power applications
