The 1N5333B through 1N5388B series features axial-leaded 5.0-watt Zener diodes that are JEDEC registered, offering a range of voltages from 3.3 to 200 volts with different tolerances indicated by specific suffix letters. These Zener diodes are housed in plastic and have a moisture classification of “Level 1”, eliminating the need for a dry pack. Their low thermal resistance design allows them to handle high maximum dc currents when provided with adequate heat sinking. In addition to this series, Microchip offers a diverse range of Zener products to meet the needs of various power applications
